Welcome to Paper Inkspirations!

Hi! My name is Krissy, welcome to my blog. I have been an avid paper-crafter for many years, my addiction started with scrapbooking and has evolved to card-making. It all started when I realized that I had forgotten to buy a card for my nephew's birthday. Looking at my ever-expanding collection of scrapbook supplies, I thought I'd made a card for him. Since then, I've been hooked on card-making and my scrapbooks have been collecting dust. Someday I'll get back to them... I have two beautiful boys and a wonderful & supportive husband and I work at the Preschool at our church. When I'm not spending time with my family or making cards, I enjoy being active in our church. Life is good! Thanks for stopping by, I hope you enjoy your visit.

Take time to get inky today....

PHEW!  That was a mouthful!  Are you still with me?

Are you ready to see my card????

I stamped the beautiful Stampendous Cling Nestled Bird on a David Tutera kraft die-cut panel and colored it with my Prismacolor Pencils.  After I inked the edges with Tea Dye Distress Ink, I added a bit of Bronzed Mica and Gilded Mica Fragments.  These are FANTASTIC!  They add just the right amount of bling to any project!  The Fran•táge Mica Fragments are available in a beautiful array of colors, you're going to want them all!  Trust me!

I added a greeting from the Happy Messages stamp set, tied on a gorgeous May Arts Ribbon and that was that!  I have to say I love this card!  And I'm not a bird person, so that's saying a lot!

That's all I have for you today, but now it's time for you to check out what everyone else has created for you today.  I'm sure you'll be inspired by it all!  There's some serious talent in this group of gals!  Don't forget to leave comments along the way and to share this post or any others on your wall for another chance to win.
